I got them from Kinokuniya, but it so happens that it hasn't opened any stores in Indonesia yet. You can also get it from online stores, like Akadot. There are also the comic anthologies. Bear in mind the manga and anthologies are in Japanese (Just a heads-up, in case). No English versions as yet.

I like Nena too, I'm the owner of her approved fanlisting, actually *--* I can understand why much people hate her, but even if I don't agree with what she's done, I found her funny and adorable... And then, before knowing her past, we can't know why she's so psycho, maybe it's not her fault, as Stellar in Gundam SEED Destiny! ^_^

The only site I know that has some Mai Otome winamp skins can be found at Rage Your Dreams- Anime Skins. And I think the site owner is the same person as lildragon07 who happens to be an MT member. Google results mention she has done Kannaduki no miko winamp skins. So perhaps its the same person.
